My deck has a problem. Once Tyrouge is out my deck is completely destroyed. I also faces energy problem that is against energy removal deck. Please fix my deck.

Since you said that you had a problem against S.E.R. deck, then you should max up your No Removal Gym. Gastly is a good pokemon, but movie promo mewtwo is a better choice.If you are using chansey to attack then you should play unown N to reduce damage from your double edge attack. Have you ever heard of chansey flow deck? This deck is quite similar but it includes metal energy.For this I call it the metal egg.

This deck can be a stall deck. Use chansey as your main attacker.At the beggining of the game attach metal energy or double coloress energy to chansey . Why metal energy? Because metal energy reduce the damage done to you and receive less 10 damage. It works this way, once you attach 1 metal energy on chansey and you uses its double edge attack it only does 60 damage to yourself and 70 to your opponent. Your attack is reduce by 10 (70 damge to yourslf), metal energy gives you 10 damage protection and that makes 60 damage to yourself.Metal energy with unown N, your chansey can use its double edge attack many times. Cure you chansey with gold berry. you may use scoop up to remove all damage counters from your chansey that you used to block at the beggining of the game.Once your energy is discarded, use promo mewto to take back your energy. your mewto will stall for a few turns if it absorp metal energy.Flow your energy up and attack with chansey again.
