COMMENTS: Rain dance deck is a strong deck. You picked the right pokemon , some people play lapras in Rain Dance deck but Rain Dance should play only with big hitter. Playing 18 energy in your deck is good , it gives you sufficient energy to use.Playing Super Energy Removal is good to remove your opponent's metal energy or slow your opponent down.Ecogym is good for Rain Dance deck because all energy discarded will go back to your hands but you have to play wisely because you are playing S.E.R as well. This deck only play 3 blastoise which I think is not enough. Play this deck with tramendous speed so your opponent won't have a chance to attack. Playing 1 wartotle is good because you still can evolve when your opponent plays chaos gym . Igglybuff and Elekid in this deck have to beware of pichu . Good deck, playable. I'll rate this deck 8/10.
